All purchases of tokens, subscriptions, or services are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all transactions processed through Razorpay.

Subscription or SaaS‑Specific Terms

4.Token Back Guarantee
We offer a Token Back Guarantee for unusable generated images. Tokens are only deducted upon successful image generation.
- Unusable images qualify for token credit
- Review process takes 2–3 business days
- Credits applied within 24 hours of approval
Qualifies for Token Credit
- Completely unusable or corrupted outputs
- Images failing basic quality standards
- Outputs unrelated to your input prompt
- Severe artifacts or distortions
- Generation process fails to produce a usable result but token deducted
Does Not Qualify
- Subjective dissatisfaction with style
- Design preferences not matching expectations
- Minor quality variations within normal parameters
- User error in prompt or image upload
- Requests submitted after 7 days

Follow these steps to request token credits for unusable images. This process is separate from Razorpay refunds and is managed internally.

- Razorpay payment disputes and chargebacks are handled separately from our token credit system
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law
- By starting the digital service immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the 14‑day withdrawal right for this order
